By registering & paying for this event you confirm your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Summary of Terms and Conditions
The delegate fee is for entrance to the Being-Social Conference and covers any refreshments offered from time to time during the event.
Reserving and not paying does not guarantee you a place and the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry at the conference if payment has not been made prior to the event, Priority will be given to those who have paid in advance.
Delegates are responsible for their own accommodation, travel, expenses and insurance.
Due to the low cost of this event series no refunds will be given, however substitution is possible.
Detailed Terms and Conditions
Throughout these terms and conditions, “Participant” refers to any presenter, exhibitor or delegate who is attending the Being-Series conference on the specified date.
By paying for a ticket you are agreeing that you wish to attend the selected Being-Social conference and are formally agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
Reserving and not paying does not guarantee you a place and mashup* reserves the right to refuse entry at the selected conference if payment has not been made prior to the event.
I agree to my name, job title and organisation being featured on the delegate list only shared with Participants at the event.
The mashup* team endeavours to run the conference as advertised. However the organising committee reserve the right to alter the conference, date, content, timings or speakers at any time without any liability for any costs or losses whether direct or indirect. Mashup* shall not offer refunds to participants if the conference is altered. However if the conference is cancelled, the organisers will retain up to 50% of the conference fee to cover marketing, administration and delegate registration costs.
mashup* shall not be liable for any loss or damage in the event of the conference being cancelled or altered for reasons which may include but are not limited to Acts of Nature (including flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), fire, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity.
All participants must comply at all times with the rules and regulations of the venue which will be available from the venue.
Conference participants are responsible for taking appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference.
Cancellation Policy
You may substitute an alternative participant at any time with no additional charges by emailing team@mashupevent.com
All substitutions will be issued with a reference number as confirmation. Note: Telephone substitutions will not be accepted.
Due to the low cost of the conference there is no refund for cancellation.
Amending Your Details
Each participant will receive a unique Delegate ID Number upon booking. Should you need to amend any of the details please contact us by email quoting your unique Delegate ID Number. Any changes will then be confirmed with the participant.
Accommodation
Conference fees do not include accommodation, travel or expense costs, it is the responsibility of participants to arrange their own accommodation and travel as required.
